Happy Friday!! I wanted to share one of my favorite quotes from The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck. This quote resonated with me as I was reading the book because our mindset is that there is light at the end of the tunnel so if we solve our current problems, we will be okay. But the truth of the matter is there is always some problem big or small taking up our headspace and time and it's a never-ending cycle, so we shouldn't get bogged down with worry and negative emotion. Planning to finish up my books and writing out my book reviews in between getting my homework and studying for quizzes. But for my commute time, I am going to start reading The Sadist and the Stolen Princess by @jennleblanc. This is a new to me author, but I fell in love with the cover and had to request it from @netgalley. This is Book 6 in the Lords of Time series. This is set to release on September 25! Yesterday I got a chance to open up and peruse the Taco Tuesday Cookbook by @laurasfuentes This book makes it possible to make every day a Taco day! The book has 52 different tasty recipes covering from guacamole, salsa, tortillas to taco recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, why not have a taco for a snack. I have already marked Huevos Rancheros Tacos, Southwestern Taco, Buffalo Chicken Taco and many more for the future and I can't wait to make these. I luckily received Defending Allye by @authorsusanstoke from Netgalley. The book was published August 7th, 2018 and I am glad I was able to get a copy. I have not read the author before and the first chapter really pulled me in. I am always excited to discover new authors.
